I've got chapters of a book in Open Office, but am having trouble with master documents and styles. I've thought of moving to LyX so I need to convert these files from odt -> tex. 10 years ago there was an answer (see the link below), but it doesn't work today.
I've exported to rtf and then used unrtf --latex. It works but loses information that a native path might save. So I'm wondering if there's a better path to latex and LyX.
