Requirement: It should be powerful like "Alt + F4" combination such that even if another key is already pressed, this combination still works regardless of that.
Reason: I'm using a third party barcode app (https://github.com/Fabi019/hid-barcode-scanner) on my Android (v.11) . Basically, it connects to my windows 10 pro pc via bluetooth and acts like a qr scanner (scans qr and sends the scanned code to the text field selected in my pc.) Now, sometimes it scans the code, sends the scanned thing but gets stuck on just printing the last character of the qr code. I try to stop by trying to open and end process via task manager but my keyboard and mouse both get stuck. Sometimes I was able to turn off my bluetooth and then it stopped that behaviour. Else, I have to restart my system. Hence, I requested for a safe workaround.
