I have only one login account. I forgot the password.
I tried to reset my password as follows:
- Hold left shift and restart
- Troubleshoot
- Advanced options
- Command prompt
At this point, I got a screen asking for the admin password (which, of course, I don’t have).
This computer was purchased used and didn’t come with any re-install media or Windows license info.
Any suggestions?
