Windows 11 has high CPU usage even though it should be idling. Taskmanager itself will grab 60-70%, and the total use stays at 100%.
What can I do to fix this? (I tried disabling autostart tools, checking the Window installation for integrity).

PowerCfg /SETACVALUEINDEX SCHEME_CURRENT SUB_PROCESSOR IDLEDISABLE 000
PowerCfg /SETACTIVE SCHEME_CURRENT
Run it from a Powershell with adminstrator priveleges.
Instantly, my CPU isage went down to the expected ~1-3%.
