Here is my use case as it might clear up a few things.
I want a service that on every transaction into it and out of it has a small fee attached to it while all transactions within the service are free. Therefore I'd like to be able to tell if a wallet address given as the destination is one created by myself (an internal wallet) or an external wallet. Also I'd like to know if the source wallet address was an internal wallet address or not. This would all be done programmatically.
Is this possible at all?
