I was 'challenged' to find the eigenvalues of:

\begin{bmatrix} 110 & 55 & -164 \\ 42 & 21 & -62 \\ 88 & 44 &-131\end{bmatrix}

without any calculations. What I notice is that the row sums equal 1, from which we get that $\lambda=1$ is an eigenvalue, but what's the 'trick' to get the other two?
