Easiest way to solve system of two equations and two variables

I have a linear system of two equations with two variables, such that $$53172 = 137t_1 + 215t_2$$ $$81743 = 312t_1 − 187t_2$$

What is the easiest way to get the value of $t_1$ and $t_2$? I know that I can use methods such this one, or by using a scientific calculator but I'm looking for an easier method. Is there any way to get that?
