The standard build plate on a Ellegoo Mars 5 Ultra has this etching on to provide extra grip. The models stick to the plate really well, too well. It takes a 6+ hour soak to get them off, and about half of them are damaged. (I have tried adjusting bottom layer times)
So I fitted a generic magnetic build plate to it and the miniatures released straight away. However I can't find anywhere in the software to adjust the build plate height, so it forces the plate into the screen. Resulting in a new FEP and screen protector.
Does anyone know if its possible to make an adjustment so the machine knows its build plate is 2mm lower than the factory position (software setting or mechanical change) TIA
