Anycubic Cobra Neo problem had not reaching the bed hangs around 10 mm above bed

Any cubic Cobra was working fine till date now suddenly the head is hanging around 10 mm above the bed tried for auto leveling at the time of fatal warning and moves of the bed and stops.
