I use remote node, local node and synchronized is mission imposibile, when I try to send some monero to exchange I get this message:

Can't create transaction: internal error: failed to work out sources permutation.

My wallet is synchronized with remote node, wallet is 0.18.3.4, changing fee do nothing... :(
