I thought of creating a stencil/template to make hand SMD soldering on PCBs easier (specifically for applying solder paste), like this:

This is a template for my PCB and stencil for applying solder paste. At first, I insert the PCB in the center like this:

After that, I place the stencil on top of the PCB, like this:

So now applying solder paste is very easy. But the problem is that the dimensions are not correct. For example, I gave 1.6 mm deep for the PCB, but the results came 1-1.2 mm. For the stencil, I gave 1.5 mm, but the results became less than 1 mm.

I print the object directly attached to the build plate without using supports. I split the object into two parts to fit in the build volume of my AnyCubic Photon M3 SLA 3D resin Printer.

For slicer, I am using CHITUbox and my slice settings:

Actually, I have tested so many settings, but the results are almost the same. Such as decreasing bottom exposure time to 10s, I have changed the exposure time to increase and decrease, but the result does not change. Also, I have decreased UV power to 80%, but the result is the same. After printing, the 3D printer became too hot. I also use ABS, such as V2 Anycubic resin.
